Financials rally on U.S. Banks upgrade, Successful Portugal Bond sale

     Reuters in an article today reported that U.S. Banks are rallying on an upgrade from a Wells Fargo analyst.  Also, that Portugal had a successful bond sale creating optimism with that situation.
